    Are your beauty products safe for all ages and genders?

    All our beauty products are safe for all ages and genders. They are made with plant-based ingredients.

    If you have an allergy to any ingredient previously, it is best to avoid that product. Please refer to the product page to find the ingredient list for each. If you have any questions or concerns, we will gladly assist you.

    We aim to answer all questions within 1-2 working days.

    Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders within Sri Lanka.

    Yes, we accept bank deposits as a payment option for orders within Sri Lanka. Our bank details will be provided to you during the checkout process.

    There are no additional fees or charges for COD or bank deposit payments. The total amount due will be the same as the order total.

    Sri Lankan orders are delivered within 3-4 working days.

    We offer a flat rate of 350 LKR for island-wide shipping.

    Yes, we offer international shipping with a flat rate of 24.5 USD. Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days.

    Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, please contact us, and we will assist you.

    Yes, the courier will call you before attempting delivery to confirm your availability and to arrange a suitable delivery time.

    The courier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the package will be returned to us.

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address during checkout is accurate and up to date.

    If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund.

    Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

    Yes, you can send a gift to someone else. During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address, and we can also include a greeting note with the gift box.

    No, there is no additional charge for the gift box or greeting note.

    You can include a personalized message with a greeting note. During checkout, you can enter a message to be included in the gift box.

    We do not include receipts or invoices with gift boxes. You receive an invoice through mail.
