- Once your order has been confirmed and paid, we will prepare it immediately. That means we canβt accept cancellations.

π Shipping Policy
We know how exciting it is to receive your Iris Garden goodies, and weβre committed to getting them to you safely and on time.
- We typically ship withinΒ 4 working days. In rare cases, sourcing stock from elsewhere may take 7β10 working days.
- We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. Please be sure to place separate orders for multiple destinations.
- All deliveries are made via trusted courier partners to ensure secure, prompt delivery.
- While we aim to ship your entire order together, some items may arrive separately due to availability or packaging needs.

We take pride in our quality, but in the rare event that something isnβt right:
- If a major manufacturing defect is reported within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% replacement.
